KIDZANIA Manila is an indoor play city where kids can have fun exploring the adult world! KidZania is one of the fastest growing educational entertainment brands, with 20 facilities all over the world from Mexico to Dubai to Tokyo, and now in Manila.

KidZania Manila is a safe, unique, and interactive environment where children aged 4-14 can discover, explore, and learn about the adult world – in a kid-sized city built just for them!

It’s a play city built to scale for children – complete with paved streets, transport system, and a functioning economy. With 8,000 square meters of play space, children can explore their interests and learn life skills through over 70 immersive role playing activities. KidZania Manila is located at Park Triangle in Bonifacio Global City.

NEMA Electric, as specialty contractor is carrying out the Supply and Installation of MM Powerplus Busway System contract packages of the KidZania Project.

VENICE LUXURY RESIDENCES

VENICE LUXURY RESIDENCES, is the Megaworld’s grandest project in Mckinley Hill, Taguig City. The project will feature seven residential towers in the 50 hectare Mckinley Hill township development wherein its electrical works is being covered by NEMA including the Complete Supply, Installation, Termination, Testing and Commissioning of the Siemens Busduct Sytem for Towers A to D in accordance with plans and specification prepared by the owners.

Expected completion date of works for Tower A is on June 2013 whereas for Tower D is on October 2013.

EASTWOOD LE GRANDE

EASTWOOD LE GRANDE is a high-end residential project of Megaworld Corporation located at the Commerce Road and Palm Tree Avenue, Eastwood City, Quezon City. The building consists of a three-level basement, five-level podium, and thirty levels of residential units, and seven-level loft units.

NEMA is working on the electrical works consisting the supply of labor, materials, consumables, tools, equipment and other facilities needed for the supply, delivery, installation, supervision, termination, testing and commissioning of the six (6) runs busduct system.

The project is expected to be completed on June 30, 2013.

ETON TOWER MAKATI

ETON TOWER MAKATI rises at the corner of Dela Rosa and V.A Rufino St. in Legaspi Village, Makati City. This 40-storey prime property is envisioned to be a mix of Executive Residences and SOHO (Small Office- Home Office) units.

NEMA was contracted for the complete supply and installation of MM Power Plus / BICC busway system work package.

ONE SHANGRI-LA PLACE, The latest quality project of Shang Properties Realty Corporation, One Shangri-La Place is a luxury twin tower residential development that will stand atop a 6-level mall and joins the company’s prestigious roster of residential and commercial developments (The St. Francis Shangri-La Place, The Shang Grand Tower, The Enterprise Center and Shangri-La Plaza Mall).

NEMA, as specialty contractor is carrying out the Supply and Installation of MM Powerplus BICC technology Busway System contract packages of the project.

The project has started on March 27, 2012 and is expected to be completed by August 2013..
