WIND RESIDENCES TOWER 1, 2 & 3
WIND RESIDENCES TOWER 1, 2 & 3, The project is a 22-storey residential building which consists of 846 residential units situated on a 15-hectare lot in cool surroundings of Tagaytay City. NEMA is undertaking Towers 1 & 2 based on a complete work package which includes electrical and specialty works. The project commenced construction on May 2012 and is expected to end by midst of 2013.

LIMKETKAI HOTEL AND RESORT CORPORATION, an under construction complex located in Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines. It is owned and jointly developed by Limketkai Sons, Inc., Cagayan De Oro’s largest company. These twin tower hotels will raise an estimation of 163.6 meters (536.745 ft) of 36 floors in tower 2 and 88 meters (288.713 ft) of 19 floors in tower 1.
NEMA is in-charge with the supply and installation of SIEMENS busduct, comprising the all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipments, technical supervision to complete the works.

NEMA’s scope of work includes the Supply of Labor, Materials, necessary tools, equipment including technical supervision necessary to complete and make ready for use the “Installation of Aluminum MEGADUCT Busduct” in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
Installation started last September 2012 and is scheduled to end by middle of 2013.
